National Defence Gateway ("NDG", "we", "our", or "us") provides digital educational content, online courses, mock tests, and exam preparation materials. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. By making a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
2. Why We Have a No Refund Policy
Our No Refund Policy is in place because:
- Our products are digital in nature and access is granted immediately upon purchase
- Course content, study materials, and exam questions are accessible instantly after enrollment
- Once accessed, digital educational content cannot be "returned" like physical goods
- We invest significant resources in creating quality content for defence exam preparation
3. What This Policy Covers
The No Refund Policy applies to all purchases on the platform, including but not limited to:
Individual Courses
All course purchases are non-refundable once payment is completed and access is granted.
Course Bundles
Bundle purchases are non-refundable. No partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle.
Exam & Test Fees
All examination fees, including TAT re-exam fees and mock test fees, are non-refundable.
Subscription Plans
Subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel to prevent future billing.
4. Exceptions
While we maintain a strict No Refund Policy, we may consider exceptions solely at our discretion in the following rare circumstances:
If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge(s).
If a verified technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing the purchased content entirely (not partial issues), and our team is unable to resolve the issue.
If a course was purchased at an incorrect price due to a system error, we may refund the difference or the full amount.
Important: To report any of the above exceptions, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction with valid proof (transaction ID, screenshots, etc.). Requests made after 48 hours will not be entertained.
5. Before You Purchase
We strongly recommend the following before making a purchase:
- Review the course description, syllabus, and content outline thoroughly
- Check the course level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) to ensure it matches your preparation level
- Explore any available free content or demo sections before purchasing
- Verify that your device and internet connection meet the technical requirements
- Contact our support team if you have any questions about a course before purchasing
6. Cancellation of Subscription
If you have an active subscription plan:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds will be provided for the remaining days in the current billing cycle
- No pro-rated refunds are available for mid-cycle cancellations
7. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you qualify for an exception under this policy:
Contact Support
Raise a support ticket within 48 hours of the transaction with category "Payment" and subject "Refund Exception Request".
Provide Evidence
Include your order ID, payment transaction ID, screenshots, and a detailed description of the issue.
Review & Decision
Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days. The decision made by our team will be final and binding.
8. Governing Law
This Return & Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
